Women & Wine Guest Speaker Series

Stephanie Taylor is the owner, operator and lead instructor for StrongHer, which is a women’s fitness and wellness business specializing in pre/post-natal and diastasis recti assessing/repair. Stephanie has successfully run the company for the past 13 years. She is also a 24 Club National Marketing Director with the Juice Plus+ Company, a multimillion-dollar health and wellness company operating in over 20 countries. The corporate mission of Juice Plus+ is to inspire healthy living around the world.

Stephanie attended Baylor University where she received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. Stephanie is also a hired vocalist at The Woodlands United Methodist Church. She and her three children and husband of 19 years live in The Woodlands.
